In episode 22 of “Hunter x Hunter”, Gon Freecss and his three companions face off against several enemies in an attempt to take the Hunter Exam. Unfortunately for Gon, things go wrong and he is forced to fight on his own. Though he makes some great progress, it’s clear that he still has a ways to go before facing the challenges of the Hunter Exam. The fight scenes are well- choreographed and provide a great perspective on the characters. While the English dub could use more variety in terms of dialogue, the overall quality of this episode is high.
